Dear Florida Team,
I am writing to share a heartfelt message about Terrie, who has been an extraordinary part of my journey with the Schmidt Family of Companies since my very first day on June 4, 2018. That day remains one of the most memorable of my career, and Terrie has been by my side every step of the way.
From the beginning, Terrie has been a source of unwavering support and guidance as we expanded across Florida, growing from 7 offices and 300 agents to 25 offices and 750 agents. She has worn many hats—Trainer, Coach, Manager and Broker, stepping in whenever and wherever challenges arose. Whether it was navigating hurricanes, office relocations, brand transitions, or the inevitable growing pains of such a dynamic organization, Terrie has been a constant presence, offering her expertise, dedication, and heart.
Her impact extended beyond Florida, as she provided invaluable support, guidance, and direction to our teams in Michigan and Ohio, often at the request of Ken Schmidt or Tom Gray. Terrie’s leadership and dedication have truly been second to none.
Terrie’s contributions to the Schmidt Family of Companies are immeasurable, and I am excited to see her thrive and enjoy life with her family while continuing to support us in new and inspiring ways. Please join me in celebrating Terrie and congratulating her on this next wonderful chapter in her life as she continues to provide Coaching to our agents as our Coaching Vendor of choice , According To Hoyle Coaching & Consulting.

Great News, change is in the air for Jan 1 2025!
As in all things that really matter, when my Dad passed away two years ago, I was beginning
the journey of purchasing a home in my home state of Ohio to be able to visit my elderly
parents more often. After my dad passed, I wanted to be able to spend more time with my
mom. I know the importance of guiding her through the tremendous grief she is
going through, they were together 70 years, and I “get It” I am also a widow.
Which brings me to where I am effective Jan 1st of 2025.
The company has been transitioning, and I have enjoyed a successful career with SFOC
starting off as a manager, productivity director and director of career development and
coaching. I have enjoyed all of my roles and the agents I am fortunate to know.
My latest role is focusing on remote coaching, which was a somewhat independent role
with them, allowing me to work remotely and cease the travelling.
I am also transitioning to become an independent vendor. I have the commitment and
support of SFOC to continue to coach their agents as their Coach Vendor of choice for
their agents, in Michigan, Ohio and Florida, although, now through my own Company

Together we will continue to Make Great Schmidt Happen!
With proven success results, I will continue to work as a Coach for both group and
individual coaching, offering a menu of choices with reasonable pricing specifically for the
SFOC agents.
My specialty lies in situational coaching, where I provide tailored guidance based on the
unique challenges agents face in different everyday scenarios and situations- from
navigating complex negotiations to improving client management and closing strategies. I
help agents adapt to ever-changing market conditions, refine their sales techniques, and
enhance their decision-making in high stakes situations.
As a coach and consultant, I will continue to work closely with real estate professionals to
set their goals, identify opportunities, streamline processes and unlock their full potential.
With my background in corporate operations, being an owner of a very successful Real
Estate Company, and as a successful real estate Agent. I am a licensed Broker in Florida and Licensed Agent in Ohio which has allowed me a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and has enabled me to develop strategies that help agents optimize their performance, build stronger client relationships, and achieve measurable and sustainable growth.
I am very passionate about empowering agents and teams through challenges, enhancing
their sales techniques and fostering leadership skills that drive results.
My goal is to empower agents to not only succeed in the market but to thrive in their
careers, with a focus on long term success.
